in Ludwigshafen there was a violent dispute between two former business partners in Von Weber-Straße. The 37-year-old without a permanent residence demanded money from his 40-year-old opponent. When the situation escalated, the 40-year-old retired to his car and called the police. The accused then kicked the car door and clamped the leg of his counterpart, which was still partially outside. The attacker then fled his vehicle from the crime scene.

Investigations by the police showed that the accused has no driver's license and that his car has not been permitted since summer.
