Great interest in solar advice: Lübeck start neighborhood initiative
solar advice for neighbors: a step into the sustainable future
The opening event on neighborhood solar advice awakened great interest in the Lübeck community.
On July 11th there was a remarkable event in the transitional house, which dealt with the use of photovoltaics. The "neighborhood solar advice" was launched to offer Lübeck: inside both important information about solar energy and to stimulate the establishment of a voluntary support group. The response was overwhelming: Around 20 committed citizens remained beyond the planned time to exchange ideas about the next steps and plan their commitment.
The role of volunteers
motivated Lübeck: Interior have now agreed to become part of the volunteer group for the neighborhood solar advice. Under the motto "Let the sun shine for you!" the volunteers will complete extensive training courses in the near future. These seminars are designed to convey the necessary knowledge of photovoltaics. Interested parties who want to register for the training are welcome; Previous knowledge is not necessary, which makes participation easier for many.
Financial basis for solar advice
When organizing the seminars, financing plays a crucial role. The training courses are covered by funding and by a price of 30,000 euros that Lübeck won in the “Sun communities in Schleswig-Holstein” competition. These financial resources ensure that the initiative is not only sustainable, but also remains free of charge for everyone involved.
commitment to a sustainable neighborhood
The founders of solar advice have an important goal in mind: to strengthen awareness of sustainable energy sources and to inform neighbors in questions of photovoltaics. Lübecker: Inside, who are interested in actively supporting your neighborhood, are invited to contact klimaschutz@luebeck.de by email. This commitment not only promotes the individual use of renewable energies, but also the cohesion within the community.
