Motorists escaped to A643 after accident - police are looking for witnesses!

In the night of Friday, a remarkable incident occurred on the A643 motorway. A previously unknown driver crashed into a road separation and thus ensured a dangerous situation in the construction site area. The accident occurred between the departure and driveway of the Mombach junction, in the direction of Bingen, which is located near Mainz.

According to the police, the collision happened between midnight and 0:50 a.m. The vehicle came to the left of the road and crashed into the separation, which put it onto the oncoming lane. Fortunately, there were no reports on injuries that were impaired by the shifted separation. Nevertheless, the incident raises questions because the driver simply fled from the scene of the accident after the crash.
