Badminton highlights in Pirmasens: Two stars conquer the stage!

Pirmasens, Deutschland - The Kirchberghalle in Pirmasens was the center of the badminton spectacle at the association ranking tournament Rheinhessen-Palatinate for two days. Matti-Lukka Bahro from SV Fischbach and Melanie Hellhorst from TV Mainz number stream were the stars of the event, each secured two first places. The hosts SG Pirmasens/Münchweiler presented themselves solidly, the best placements achieved Yannic Brandstetter and Christoph Marx with a fourth place in the men's doubles, after an exciting little finale.

The results were a mixed picture: Bahro and Hellhorst prevailed in the mixed, while the Pirmasens couples Salzmann/Brandstetter and Vincent Brandstetter/Joseph could not join the main field through unfortunate draws. Overall, there were both triumphs and setbacks that kept the competition exciting. The double results of the other categories also reflect strong competition, with numerous local athletes doing their best.
