Maxime Open Rheinhessen: New wine experiences along the Rhine Front

The well -known "Maxime Open" wine event invites all wine lovers to a unique journey of discovery along the Rhine front for the third time this year. From July 6th to 7th, 2024, visitors have the opportunity to meet 60 maximum winemakers at nine different stations in the wineries and try around 300 different wines. A highlight of the wine tour will be the journey through Nierstein, Schwabsburg, Weinolsheim and Dexheim, which are connected by tour buses.

As early as 2022, the mobile wine festival was launched by the "Maxime Rheinhessen" initiative, which combines almost 100 winegrowers from Rheinhessen to promote the quality of the wines. Under this common label, the initiative offers young creative winegrowers a platform to present their high -quality wines. The Maxime Open Tour enables visitors to experience the origin and traditions of the maxim wines with all their senses and to get in touch with the winegrowers.

The wine tour leads the guests through the wineries, where they can discover the variety of wines at various tasting stations. Tickets for the Maxime Open cost 35 euros or 55 euros per day for both days and include admission to the wineries, the tasting of the wines, the use of the pendulum buses and an exclusive festival glass.

A special highlight of the event is the Saturday party in the Radeck winery in Nierstein, at the DJ, food and of course wine for an exuberant atmosphere.
