"Burgberg Under Vibes" ensures a festive mood in the Ingelheim vineyards

A happy and musical festival awaits visitors in the vineyards over the picturesque Ingelheim castle church. From 22nd to August 25th, five winemakers invite you to the event "Burgberg Under Vibes", which offers a unique combination of good music, delicious wines and family atmosphere.

The versatile program

The festival begins on Thursday, August 22nd, at 5 p.m. with a relaxed after-work event, in which visitors can enjoy the end of work with a glass of wine. On Friday, the festival will be accompanied musically with gentle sounds, while DJ Andreas Mrogenda creates a mood on Saturday. Sunday is all about the family, with a family Sunday from 11 a.m., which is enriched for the youngest visitors with attractions such as a sandpit, a straw bouncy castle and face painting.

To make the way to the festival site easier, the organizers offer parking at the “Burgkirche” car park. From there, a tractor shuttle leads the visitors comfortably to the festival in the vineyards. At the wine bar of the five winegrowers, guests can taste Rheinhessische Wines, accompanied by delicacies from a food truck, a coffee bike, an ice cream truck and the monastery kitchen.

The initiators behind the festival

The festival "Burgberg Under Vibes" was launched by the Ingelheim winemakers Jens Bettenheimer, Kristian Dautermann, Christian Stritter as well as Julius and Philipp Wasem. The idea originally came from a collaboration with Ingelheimer Kultur- und Marketing GmbH and the Mainz film summer to offer visitors a unique experience in the vineyards.
