Mainz pleasure workshop: reopening with first -class menu and team spirit!

Mainz, Deutschland - The restaurant enjoyment workshop in the Hotel Atrium in Mainz has opened its doors again after a five -month break and inspires guests with an exquisite menu that starts at 7 p.m. Chef Helge Straub-Schilling and his team serve a seven-course menu that is prepared in the open kitchen according to the motto "Being there everything". While sommelière Maike Witfang is still responsible for the service, guests can experience the work of the chefs up close.

In the course of the reopening, Straub-Schilling not only made the diversity of food in view, but also internal changes. So far, a small, separate team for the enjoyment workshop has been working, but now the entire à la carte kitchen team is being included in the production. "We set ourselves high goals that we can only achieve together," emphasizes the chef.
