Brutal attack in the young bush: 20-year-old seriously injured!
On Saturday evening, a brutal assault on two young men was committed in the Jungbusch district in Mannheim. A 20-year-old and a 19-year-old got into the catch of a group of attackers at the Böckstraße/Beilstraße intersection. The 20-year-old was thrown onto the floor and attacked the upper body with kicks and strokes while his sweater was torn. The 19-year-old also got blows in the face. Both men had to be treated by a doctor, the perpetrators fled in an unknown direction.
During the attack, the 20-year-old was also stolen his expensive black cell phone, estimated at around 1,500 euros. The reasons for the attack have so far been unclear and the Mannheim city center has started the investigation. Witnesses who have information about the incident or the attackers are asked to report on 0621/1258-0.
