Hotchaos in Cambs and Rastow: tractors tip over!

in Cambs and Rastow there were two spectacular accidents with crop vehicles on Monday. At 2:30 p.m., a 19-year-old tractor driver in Cambs lost control of his team when he turned into the B104. The tumbling pendant overturned and damaged a traffic light system. Fortunately, the driver was not injured, but property damage of around 1,500 euros was caused. The cleanup required a temporary blocking of the road.

Later, around 8:30 p.m., another incident occurred in Rastow. Here a corn -loaded trailer overturned in a curve, with about 12 tons of corn pouring into a front yard. The 24-year-old driver suffered minor injuries and was treated on an outpatient basis. The property damage is estimated at around 8,000 euros, including damage to a property fence, a street lamp and the road. A wheel loader was also used here to load the damaged load onto a replacement trailer.
