Fire on the cable construction company in Schwerin: Police investigated arson!

In the late evening hours of September 29, 2024 there was a fire on the site of a cable construction company in Schwerin. At 9:45 p.m., several cable drums were set to flames for reasons that have so far been unexplained. The fire brigade of the state capital Schwerin was quickly on site and prevented the fire from spreading to the adjacent warehouse and factory halls.

Fortunately, no people were injured, but the damage amounts to several ten thousand euros. The police have launched an investigation into suspected arson to get to the bottom of the cause of the incident.
