A 19-year-old man from Schwerin was caught at shoplifting in the old town of Schwerin last Saturday and is now in custody. The young perpetrator noticed in a grocery store where he was worth 85 euros. What initially seemed like a simple offense developed into a festive arrest: During the identity check by the police, it turned out that he was already searched for prior theft offenses.

The police did not let a second pass and immediately arrested the man. His criminal hustle and bustle finds an abrupt end - again behind Swedish curtains!
