The first appointment on Saturday, August 3, 2024 , leads the participants from Mettmann-Lindchen to Gerresheim. Natural locations such as the Stinderbach valley and the Erlenbach biotope await about 16 kilometers. The participants meet at 9:30 a.m. at Mettmann-Lindchen station, led by Karl-Heinz Hadder.

Am Wednesday, August 7, 2024 , a relaxed walk of about 8 km is on the program, which begins at Hochdahl at 2 p.m. This appointment offers an excellent opportunity for beginners or families to enjoy nature without much effort.

For fitness enthusiasts, the Nordic Walking Group of the SGV offers another way for active leisure activities every Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Kellertor car park in Haan. The moderate pace over approx. 7 km promotes health and also ensures exchange among the participants.
