Innovations in the craft: Greens discuss opportunities in the Tegernsee valley
The Bavarian Landtag Greens started their craftsmanship with an impressive start in Gmund. In the Gasthof Herzog Maximilian, prominent representatives discussed the burning topics in the craft. The MPs, led by Andreas Birzele and Benjamin Adjei, previously visited the innovative Eham company in Hausham, where they were enthusiastic about impressive technologies in the virtual world. The panel discussion brought experts like Ingrid Wildemann-Dominguez and Georg Räß to talk about innovations and the challenges of the craft.
The experts emphasize that many craftsmen have difficulty implementing ideas into marketable innovations due to lack of time. While the general economy is positive, the companies have little space for developments. Wildemann-Dominguez called for more intensive networking between craft and science to use synergies. A central issue was the recruitment of young people, with Räß pointed out the need for a change of perspective: "Crafts are no longer a master Eder, but high -tech." In addition, an internship phase is stimulated instead of the community service to sensitize young people to the craft and future technology. more www.merkur.de .
