Future projects in the focus: Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis on the Expo Real 2024!

From October 7th to 9th, 2024, the Rheinisch-Bergische Business Development Society MBH (RBW) presents the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis business location at the 26th International Expert Fair for Commercial Mobiles and Investments, the Expo Real in Munich. Together with the city of Bergisch Gladbach, the RBW is represented at the Community stand of the Cologne/Bonn region and focuses on important projects of location development, especially the Zanders area in Bergisch Gladbach, which is one of the largest transformation projects in the region with 36 hectares.

The site of the former Zanders paper mill is to be converted into a future-proof neighborhood that will offer a wide range of residential, work and educational offers. The Rhombus site in Wermelskirchen and the planned Ökotec Campus in Rösrath are also presented. District Administrator Stephan Santelmann emphasizes the importance of the common presence of the region in order to act as a strong unit in international competition. "Here we can present the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis business location, which is attractive due to its excellent location," says Volker Suermann, Managing Director of RBW.
