Frustrated children could be tempted to play pranks that can quickly turn into crimes. In the past, there was an increase in such offenses on Halloween, which is why the police will be in action this year.

The police list which pranks are punishable: from ignition of fireworks to the removal of construction site barriers to damage from Halloween decorations.
