Helpful family saves confused couple in Penzlin!

In the darkness of the night, something unusual happened! In the middle of Lower Saxony, north of Penzlin, a dramatic scenario occurred that the police kept up. An older couple, an 84-year-old man and his 85-year-old wife, stood helpless on the roadside-in her car, which was held in front of the house of a concerned family.

This confused couple looked completely disoriented when the attentive residents alerted the police in goods at 10:00 p.m. The two seniors probably had the plan to visit a relative near Rostock, but they were miles away from their destination - and that with an empty tank! The suspicion that dementia could be in the game floated in the air, and the police quickly realized that there was an urgent need for action!

The local officials were clear in their decision: Due to the confused state of the couple, none of them were allowed to continue. It was tried to accommodate them in a nearby hotel, but the couple vehemently refused. The use of public transport also appeared as unreasonable.

But the helper family did not give up! They finally offered to drive the two over 350 kilometers back to Lower Saxony. Courageous and determined, they filled up the tank of their car and set off - with two vehicles in a truly touching act of humanity!

The police were deeply impressed by the willingness of this family and expressly thanked them for their selfless commitment. Incidentally, the responsible driving license authority was also informed - security is going on!
