Judge forces Neustrelitz drug dealers to confess - punishment follows!
A judge at the Neubrandenburg district court has achieved a breakthrough in the drug process in a surprising turning point after more than four years. The accused, a 33-year-old several times and a 39-year-old, confessed in a hastily convened appointment hearing that they had stored a kilogram of cannabis in the summer of 2020. This appropriation of drugs in "no small amount" remains illegal despite the latest change in cannabis legislation. The public prosecutor, who had contested the acquittal of the district court, ultimately kept right.
The two men were sentenced to fines who are already final: the younger one received 1,500 euros, the older 1,000 euros. The judge also made it clear that the file and testimonies could speak against them. At the negotiation, the judge found that the 33-year-old has been unemployed for over a year and lives from citizens' money, which was visibly surprised. He also emphasized that it was important to provide a family himself. In this sense, Unterlöhner started lifestyle with his reminder of the two accused.
