On November 8th, Neuwied will be transformed into a dance stage when the world record attempt in Bachata choreography takes place. Organized by the ADTV dance school Marc Daumas, the goal is clear: at least 50 dance schools with 25 couples each should dance at the same time to the rousing music of the popular Dominican genre. This organization is committed to researching neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (NCL), a rare and incurable metabolic disease that affects around 700 children and adolescents in Germany. The foundation not only promotes medical research, but also supports the affected families.
