Neuwied sets standards: Experience inclusion through shift change!

Neuwied, Deutschland - Neuwied is all about inclusion! Mayor Peter Jung took part in the impressive "Shift change" campaign, in which more than 40 companies in the region offered the unique opportunity to exchange jobs between people with and without disabilities. In the Middle Rhine logistics, he experienced the world of digital media production up close and was enthusiastic about the skills of his new colleagues. Jung was allowed to cut videos and film with a drone - an experience that inspired him!

"The change of shift promotes understanding and shows how diverse the talents of people with disabilities are," emphasized the mayor. Neuwied shows impressively that inclusion is more than a keyword - it is a lifestyle! Already in summer the city proved its commitment with the summer games of the special Olympics and now invites companies and citizens to become part of this great movement.
