The procedure is now presented to the district court in Aachen for a judicial hearing; A decision on his delivery to the Bulgarian authorities is still pending.

Also in the district of Heinsberg, the officials went into the network, a 51-year-old Dutch driver, who had seven search notes in Germany, including for fraud and driving without a license.
