Serious accident on A33: Two women seriously injured, three cars totally damaged!

In a dramatic traffic accident on Sunday evening at the motorway entrance from the L818 to the A33 in Paderborn, two women were seriously injured. At around 6:20 p.m., a 21-year-old driver of an Opel Corsa turned left at the Etteln junction and overlooked the right of 23-year-old Audi A1 driver. The frontal collision of the two vehicles led to the Audi crashed into a waiting Citroen Xsara.

The two seriously injured drivers were immediately cared for by emergency doctors and brought to Paderborn in hospitals. Fortunately, the inmates of the Citroens, including a one -year -old child, remained unharmed. Total damage occurred on the vehicles, which is why they had to be towed. The accident site remained closed until 9:00 p.m. while the police examined the course of the accident.
