On the night of October 10, 2024, the body of a woman in a burned -out car was discovered on the grounds of a petrol station in Gütersloh. The public prosecutor's office in Bielefeld and the murder commission "Nord" suspect that it is an accident. An autopsy of the late woman, which was carried out in forensic medicine in Münster on October 11, 2024, showed no evidence of violence.
