Created three metal thieves in Hattingen - witness becomes a hero!

Three men, including a 15-year-old, were caught on September 26, 2024 in Hattingen in the case of old metal theft. Around 3:15 p.m. the thieves a seat with worthless scrap on a company premises on the street on the glasses. An attentive witness noticed the criminal machinations and immediately alerted the police.

The Hattingen police forces were able to arrest the perpetrators immediately. In addition to the 15-year-old, a 37-year-old from Herne and a 19-year-old from Bochum also come. The captured old metal has a value of several hundred euros. The police advise the population to report suspicious activities immediately under emergency number 110, since every hint can be of great importance.
