Traffic accident escape in Bochum: cyclists injured, perpetrator fleeting!

In a traffic accident in Bochum on Saturday, September 28th, a 34-year-old cyclist from Gelsenkirchen was slightly injured. The incident occurred on the “Aschenbruch” street at around 3 p.m. when a white car overtook the cyclist and grasped it on the side mirror. The driver of the vehicle did not take care of the injured man and just continued.

The Bochum police are now looking for witnesses to the incident and asks for clues. It remains unclear whether the person causing the accident can be determined while the 34-year-old has to fight with his injuries.
