Aggressive resistance at Dortmund Central Station: Man fixed and arrested!

Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof, 44137 Dortmund, Deutschland - At the Dortmund main station there was a dramatic incident yesterday afternoon (October 10th)! A 29-year-old man reacted extremely aggressive during a control of the federal police. Despite several requests, he refused to show his ID and showed no sign of moderation. When the officials wanted to take him to the office for identity assessment, the man vehemently resisted.

In a striking moment, he threw a beverage can to the ground, which then burst. Then he tried to push his head against an ashtray and to stick to it. In order to avoid injuries, the police fixed his arms. The resistance was recorded by a bodycam. After the man calmed down, he admitted that his behavior was a reaction to a mental illness. The Federal Police imposed a dismissal for the main train station against him and initiated an investigation due to resistance and threats.
