Wrong craftsmen do their mischief: Police are looking for witnesses in Kerpen!

The police in the Rhein-Erft district are looking for witnesses after two unknown people in Kerpen appeared as craftsmen on Monday, September 30th to collapse in apartments. In a first act around 10:30 a.m., a 40-year-old man rang on the door of a resident near the street "An der Malzmühle". Under the pretext of a pipe break, he got access to the apartment by asking the woman to let the water run in the bathroom. While she was waiting there, the supposed plumber stole cash.

When the injured party noticed the theft, she alerted the police. This has already accepted criminal charges and asks the population for clues to the perpetrators. Anyone who has seen something or has information is asked to report.
