Drama in Iserlohn: Fire brigade fights against fire in the tool shed!

On Monday afternoon, a dangerous fire broke out in a former tool shed on Leckingser Strasse. At 2:40 p.m., the Iserlohn fire brigade alerted the emergency services with the keyword "Feuer 1". Dense smoke was already visible on the way to the scene. When the fire brigade arrived, part of the former vehicle hall was in full fire. Thanks to the rapid reaction of the fire brigade with three C-pipes, the flames could be spread to neighboring buildings.

All people in the building had brought themselves to safety in good time, so that nobody was injured. The fire brigade used high -performance fans to try out further parts of the building. A fire guard remained on site until around 7 p.m., since additional reversal work was necessary. The police have started the cause of the fire, while the amount of damage cannot be quantified at the present time. A total of 41 emergency services were in action, supported by the volunteer fire brigade to maintain basic protection.
