Burglary attempt in Sankt Augustin: Police are looking for information on trio!
On Friday, October 4, an attempted break-in was committed to a row house on Ernst-Reuter-Straße in the Sankt Augustiner district of Menden. Around 12:40 p.m. the house resident heard loud noises and saw an unknown man who knocked on the front door. After their refusal to open the door, the stranger first left the property.
Shortly afterwards, a trio of burglars tried to break up the patio door. During the discovery, the three men quickly rose towards a waiting vehicle and fled towards Von-Galen-Strasse. The police are now looking for testimony and asks for information on 02241 541-3321.
