Car on the Lippesee on flames: Police investigated arson!

In early Wednesday morning, October 9, 2024, the residents around the Lippesee in Paderborn were torn out of sleep by loud bangs. Around 2:45 a.m. flames illuminated the parking lot near the skate park-a Ford Fiesta was in flames! Eyewitnesses immediately became active, alerted the fire brigade and reported on the terrible sight: the car was completely burned out and suffered total damage. The owner had parked the vehicle on Tuesday evening.

The police already investigate in this case and has suspected arson. Witnesses who noticed suspicious people or vehicles near the fire are urgently asked to report on 05251/3060. The exciting search for clues has started!
