Fast escape ends in prison: drunk motorcyclists snapped!

In the early morning hours on Friday, a spectacular chase in Paderborn took an abrupt end. A 24-year-old motorcyclist who was traveling with an inadmissible enduro machine without a license plate disregarded the police stops at 03:40 a.m. and raced away. After he was discovered in Leostraße, he exceeded the speed at over 100 km/h, crossed a red light crossing and turned onto Husener Straße.

The dramatic end came when the driver made a full braking in front of a barrier and exposed to an adjacent field where the motorcycle tipped over. The police started immediately and arrested the alcoholic driver who had no driver's license. Now he is faced with criminal proceedings in which he has to answer for several offenses, including suspicion of a forbidden acceleration race.
