Customs campaign in Grevenbroich: illegal workers disguised!

In a spectacular commitment, the main customs office Krefeld on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, announced illegal jobs in Grevenbroich! In the early morning hours, several search resolutions were carried out in a workers' accommodation that was directed against people who worked as EU workers with fake identities. The suspicious workers, mainly from the Caucasus region, had presented manipulated ID documents, which they incorrectly dismissed as citizens of Slovakia, Bulgaria, Latvia or Lithuania.

The authorities, supported by the Mönchengladbach public prosecutor, are now investigating this dizziness, which made it possible for these people without working in an industrial company without the necessary approval. The financial control undeclared work remains on and follows the background of this illegal employment!
