Dülkener Straße: 17-year-olds injured after an accident with driver escape!

Traffic accident in Grevenbroich: A 17-year-old pedestrian was hit by a white SUV, probably a BMW X3, on Friday evening, while she wanted to cross Dülkener Strasse. The SUV turned onto the Willy Brand Ring and caught the young people on the hip, which then fell to the ground. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and continued the escape while a passerby jumped to the side with a rollator of the injured person.

The 17-year-old initially felt slightly injured, but had to stay in the hospital for several days. The police asks for clues to the fleeting driver and is looking for other witnesses who have observed the incident, especially the helpful older lady. Information can be reported on 02162/377-0.
