Alko alarm in addictions: 67-year-old makes cycling at 1.8 per thousand!
In the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the police in Süchteln ran out of the helm when a 67-year-old cyclist was discovered on Düsseldorfer Strasse without light. When addressing the officials, the man was obviously impaired - his pronunciation was washed out and a voluntary breath alcohol test brought a frightening number of alcohol of around 1.8.
The consequences are clear: in addition to a complaint for driving without light, criminal proceedings for drunkenness in traffic are now followed. The absolute inability to drive is 1.6 per thousand, and due to these high values, the driver could lose his driver's license. Even small amounts of alcohol can already be dangerous: from 0.3 per thousand it becomes critical if symptoms occur. Another incident that makes the dangers of alcohol consumption clear in road traffic!
