Wermsdorf: Young nurses secure the future in the specialist hospital!
In the Hubertusburg specialist hospital in Wermsdorf, the number of training positions for nurses increases drastically! The offer has increased from three to impressive twelve trainees per year. Charlotte Biedermann, who is about to take part, is looking forward to working in neurology - her desired station. "I'm staying here in the house," explains the 25-year-old, who wants to continue her commitment in nursing.
The nursing director Sabine Wolf is optimistic: with currently 29 trainees and the goal of keeping them in the house, she sees positive developments. "This year we have 30 entrances, with only 17 departures," she reports. Support for further training in areas such as ITS sister or ward nurse is also available. The increasing need for nurses cannot be overlooked - according to a study, around 130,000 specialists are currently missing in Germany. However, enthusiastic voices such as those of Celine Preiß and Dennis Köppe show that interest in this professional field is growing. Your statement: "A lot is possible here, you have to take the chances!" according to information from www.lvz.de .
