Next Saturday, July 16, all BMX fans and those who want to become one can experience an exciting event. The Adam Kraft Realschule, Lutherplatz 4, will be transformed into an exciting BMX park from 5:30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Children and adolescents have the unique opportunity to learn to fly on two wheels under professional guidance.

A highlight of the event will undoubtedly be the trick show with Johannes Winkelmann from CT-BMX and the well-known bike-influencer Maxi Wielo. Here brave participants have the opportunity to test their skills on an airbag and try out new tricks. DJ Dufte ensures the right musical background with his unique sound.

Not only the show and the workshop are the focus - the bicycles and helmets provided free of charge also offer all participants the opportunity to easily immerse themselves in the world of the BMX. Both beginners and advanced people are welcome to take part in the event and to challenge themselves.

Another highlight are the free BMX workshops that take place on Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m. in the school yard of the Adam-Kraft Realschule. These courses are offered by September 24th, including the holidays. Such offers are intended to promote healthy leisure activities that strengthen self -confidence and integrate movement in a fun form.

The entire event is financed and organized by the project "Grow Happy NBG - Men Healthy Healthy in the district" of the health office in cooperation with AOK Bayern. The goal is to offer people in the community a sporting perspective and at the same time give them access to healthy movement.
