Environmental bus Lumbricus brings sustainability to the Dieringhausen vocational college!
The environmental bus "Lumbricus" stopped at the Dieringhausen vocational college to sensitize pupils and students to sustainability. Operated by the nature and environmental protection academy of North Rhine-Westphalia (NUA), the bus served as a practical learning instrument for medium-level students of practical training as an educator. These experienced the variety of nature up close to act in their future facilities as multipliers for more practical exercises outdoors.
This visit is part of the “School of the Future” project, in which the vocational college discover the topic of “discovering and researching diversity - appreciating and protecting diversity”. The classes of the vocational high school also took part: The GOS20 carried out a business game on the subject of "Tatort Wald" at the Oberberg Biological Station in cooperation with the Bergisches Agency for Cultural Landscape (BAK).
