A new era of street art in Offenburg

In the railway underpass in Offenburg, a collection of graffiti and color smearings has formed over the years. These unsightly sights have now finally come to an end, thanks to the organization team of the festival "Art in the underpass". Umělci z regionu, včetně Patrick Eggs, Carlos Greber, Hannes Kramer, Kevin Meyle a Carina Schmidt, vytvořili působivé 30 metrů dlouhé umělecké dílo, které zdobí stěny podjezdu.

The initiative was supported by the municipality and the local authorities that have recognized the importance of art in public spaces. Several sponsors have made financial contributions to enable this ambitious art project. The art installation should not only beautify the underpass, but also to strengthen the coexistence and strengthen solidarity in the community.

Festival „Art in the Unit“ se bude poprvé konat v srpnu 2025 a kromě hudby z různých žánrů také nabízí workshopy a prohlídky pouličního umění. Účelem této akce je zdůraznit rozmanitost scény místního umělce a spojit lidi všech věkových skupin a pozadí, aby oslavili transformační sílu umění.
