Small doctors in action: Teddy Bärkrankenhaus helps children without fear

In the Elisabeth Children's Hospital in Oldenburg, small patients can have their cuddly toys treated and reduced fears in front of the hospital. The teddy bear hospital, organized by medical students, opens its doors to children aged three to six on November 5 and 6 between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. An appointment is not required, but the cuddly toy should be brought with you.

At four different stations - in the consulting room, X -ray room, laboratory and operating room - the children can examine their favorites together with the students. There is also the opportunity to explore an ambulance. As a crowning glory of the exciting experience, the little visitors can expect a surprise. This special campaign aims to playfully help the children to overcome their fears regarding medical institutions. You can find more information about this here .
