Sick? With a telephoto robot AV1 still in class!

Aalen, Deutschland - In the Ostalb district, sick students can now take part in the class via the AV1 telepresence robot! This innovative offer from the district media center enables you to connect to the classroom via the app - a real ray of hope for children who cannot take part in the lessons for longer. "This distance teaching makes sense for longer failures to promote integration into the class network," explains Benjamin Elser, head of the district media center.

How does the whole thing work? The AV1 robot is controlled from a distance and enables the students to be seen and listened to in the classroom. With a built -in microphone and speaker, you can even ask questions and communicate with your classmates inside as if they were on site. The result: motivated and socially less isolated children who can better maintain their friendships. The district media center has been providing a total of three AV1 robots since the school year 2024/25, which can be borrowed as required. A big step to support long -suffering students!
