New Kess offer: Support for parents in Neresheim and Unterschneidheim
The rapid development in today's world poses great challenges. In early summer, new contracts were signed to help them upbringing their children, which represent valuable support for mothers and fathers in the Ostalb district. From September 25th, parents in rural regions can take part in various Kess courses, including Neresheim and Unterschneidheim. Ana Requesens Moll, the head of Catholic adult education (KEB) Ostalbkreis, emphasizes: "We are very happy to benefit our offer. This initiative aims to strengthen parents in their daily educational work and to promote the well -being of the children.
The Kess courses (competence development to strengthen parenting) offer different programs for different age groups. In Neresheim there are three courses available to the parents, while a Kess course is offered again in Unterschneidheim/Zöbingen. Verena Hubel, the Kess coordinator, explains the concept and underlines the central importance of parenting in the course. "Together we take a look at difficult situations in education and promote parents to deal with themselves more carefully and more balanced. This then benefits the children who learn from the model." This attitude is crucial, because the more stress -free and happier the parents are, the more positive it affects the children.
courses and registration
Thanks to the support of the Mayor Thomas Häfele from Neresheim and Johannes Joas from Unterschneidheim, these valuable programs were launched. On April 23, Häfele sealed the educational partnership with his signature, which made financial resources for the educational courses. Joas followed this example on May 2, and thus cleared the way for further offers in rural areas. "Now citizens can use this possibility of parent prevention," emphasizes Häfele. It is an encouraging step for families in these communities.
The program in Neresheim includes various Kess courses that support parents in their challenges. The courses are tailored to the needs of parents and children:
