A worrying Situation occurred on Thursday afternoon when the Federal Police Passau opened a lock on a motorway parking lot between the Passau-Nord and Aicha trips in front of the forest. Seven people were discovered on the loading area of a truck, including six Syrian and an Iraqi citizen.
The incident occurred around 3 p.m. when the officials checked a truck with Turkish approval that was in the parking lot. The driver, a 50-year-old man, was able to present his Turkish passport to the investigators and opened the door to the loading area at instruction. There they found the seven people who had no valid documents for entry to Germany.
The driver claimed to have taken up the migrants in Romania. He was arrested and is under suspicion of the inlet of foreigners under serious health hazard. After his demonstration in front of a judge, he was brought to a correctional facility in Bavaria.
