But the helpers could not find the affected area because the accident actually took place on the main road in Kummerfeld. A new review of the location finally clarified the misunderstanding and the emergency services were deliberately sent to the correct scene of the accident.

The collision between two vehicles led to slight injuries to at least one person who was cared for by the emergency services on site. Fortunately, it turned out that, contrary to first assumptions, there was no car fire. The Kummerfeld volunteer fire brigade took over the securing of the accident site and the removal of expired operating materials. Due to the measures, the road had to be closed for one hour, which led to considerable traffic disruptions. Ultimately, the emergency services were able to push the vehicles to the edge of the road and bring the situation under control.

Despite the initial confusion, the emergency services managed to clarify the situation and take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of those involved.
