The Saturday evening in the Helios Clinic in Wuppertal was anything but usual. A dramatic incident led to a major police operation in the emergency room. Two Bulgarians, 42 and 58 years old, were injured in an argument by knife stings when a 51-year-old man of Turkish descent unexpectedly stabbed them. The perpetrator is a visitor to the hospital who was able to flee after the crime. But the police were quickly on his heels and was able to put the suspect near the clinic.

Why this bloody conflict came about remains a mystery. The investigation focuses on whether the participants knew beforehand or whether it was a random escalation. Fortunately, only slight injuries inflicted on the two victims, and they could be released from the hospital after a short treatment.

An 18-year-old Bulgarian, who also has a Turkish passport, was found seriously injured in the vicinity of the Wicküler Center in the city center.
