80-year-old senior surprises burglars: police are looking for witnesses!

An 80-year-old man became the involuntary leading actor of an attempted burglary in his own home on Bahnhofstrasse on Tuesday night! At around 1.45 a.m. he heard suspicious noises and saw that the front door was open. On closer inspection, he discovered three masked intruders. Immediately he dropped onto the floor when one of the perpetrators ordered him in accent -free German.

The burglars, dressed dark, fled without prey after the failed attempt. It is striking that one of the perpetrators wore a red scarf. According to surveillance camera recordings, one of the suspects broke a door with a cow foot. Just three minutes later they were gone again! The police have already secured traces and asks the population for clues on 9199-0. A shock for the neighborhood!
