81-year-old pushed with a rollator: Police hold suspects in Rüsselsheim!

A shocking incident occurred on Sunday afternoon in Nauheimer Straße: An 81-year-old senior citizen was reversed by an unknown perpetrator with her rollator around 1:15 p.m. Fortunately, the old lady was not injured, but the criminal took the opportunity to steal the woman's handbag, which contained her wallet and personal documents.

The police immediately initiated a search and was able to arrest a 29-year-old suspect a short time later. The stolen handbag was secured again near Odenwaldstrasse. The Rüsselsheim criminal police have taken up the investigation into robbery and also checks whether the arrested with other similar crimes in Rüsselsheim and Groß-Gerau is connected.
