A 60-year-old man from the Rhein-Hunsrück district noticed on the evening of April 5, 2025 during a traffic control by the Simmern police. His driver's behavior alerted the officials who immediately carried out a breath alcohol test. The result hit: a whopping 1,36 per thousand!
