In the night of Friday, at 00:35 a.m., the police in Kirchenstrasse checked a 31-year-old e-scooter driver and determined a breath alcohol value of almost 0.8 per thousand. A response alcohol test was then carried out. But that's not all: the driver was also on the road without insurance protection!
