Bomb threat in Ravensburg: Town Hall temporarily cleared!

On Thursday morning, the town hall in Ravensburg had to be temporarily evacuated due to a bomb threat. An impending email letter that did not contain an ultimatum led the police take measures shortly after 8:30 a.m. and blocked the building and the surrounding area. Although the threat was initially classified as not very serious, the police forces searched by an explosive dog, the premises and the outdoor area according to suspicious objects.

After checking without abnormalities, the security measures could be lifted around 11:30 a.m. The town hall was made accessible to the public again. The police continue to investigate in connection with the impending message.
