Demonstration for democracy in Worms: Over 1000 participants show flag!

Sankt Alban Platz, 67547 Worms, Deutschland - On Saturday afternoon, the downtown Wormt turned into a lively arena for democracy, tolerance and diversity! Over 1000 people - twice as many as registered - gathered from 2 p.m. on the Sankt Alban Platz in front of the train station to listen to powerful speeches. The subsequent elevator through the city ended at the market square and was largely peaceful.

A small incident, however, clouded the mood: at the beginning, an individual loudly expressed their displeasure and then had to be subjected to a person check. A criminal complaint was also filed. Despite this short disturbance, the participants had an impressive afternoon that took place under the watchful eye of the meeting authority and the police and finally ended around 4:30 p.m.
