On Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. there was a brazen shoplifting in the drugstore on the street at the town hall: three men from Georgia stole cosmetic items worth over 650 euros in a perfidious plan. Unnoticed, the thieves passed the cash register area and escaped from the crime scene on foot. But that shouldn't remain undetected for long!

Thanks to lightning -fast reactions by the police and attentive residents who gave valuable information on the fleeing direction, two of the masterminds could be quickly caught. A brave citizen even pursued one of the perpetrators over several streets by car! In the vehicle of the arrested, the officials found further stolen goods worth over 5,000 euros.

The next day, the men were sentenced to a total of 1,200 euros. While the investigation into their accomplices and origin of the stolen goods continues, the police stay on the ball and check possible connections to other crimes.
